Process: Insectopia is a series of character design exploration that started early 2009.

Boston’s weekly magazine, Weekly Dig printed Beetle Bum as the cover for their Waist Management issue of January. It’s a privilege to be part of the long tradition of great
covers, Weekly Dig is Boston’s best and only weekly entertainment magazine.

This is the first time my work is featured as a cover piece so I’m pretty stoked! Thanks a lot to Tak Toyoshima for the invitation.
